What Our Customers Say

“Highly recommended. Extremely polite and skillful professionals. Keith came out and did estimates, and then scheduled follow ups with Joshua to patch some drywall and paint. Wonderful workmanship. Cleaned up when finished. The paint was a perfect match. We are extremely happy and will be calling for more work in the house! Thank you Doctor Fix-It.”

Michele Ettore-Williams

“I’m so happy to have found Doctor Fix-It. Keith and his team have done many projects at my home. They do excellent work and are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.”

Donna Hendry

“I hired Doctor Fix-it to repair a laundry list of broken, or otherwise outdated things (to prepare my home for sale), and to paint. From painting-to drywall- to fixing doors, railings, woodwork etc., they did it all. If a specific repair was not in their wheelhouse, Keith didn’t hesitate to refer us to another qualified professional. Keith and his team were fast, clean and thorough. We could tell they actually enjoyed performing their craft! Keith called and texted me frequently to update us about: our project, to confirm arrival times, and to ask me for my preferences. The prices were fair for the high quality work! We are currently hiring Doctor Fix-it (again) to update our new home!”

Jeanie Tomaselli

“Tim and Sean from Doctor Fixit re-sided and re-roofed my backyard shed. They worked diligently each day until it was completed. I am very pleased with their work. The shed looks great!”

Timothy Hadden

“Keith is doing work for my elderly mother & she RAVES about him. Very professional, very kind & caring, excellent work & pricing. Definitely recommend & will be probably using myself at some point!”

Jim Lowe

“Keith’s men did an excellent job resetting the gates of my vinyl fence that were way off due to strong storms over the years. Very pleased and will definitely use them in the future!”

Steve Bernero

Keith came out to look at some minor repairs we needed done to our fence and house. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very fairly priced. The quality of his work is stellar…not only did he complete the job in a timely manner but made suggestions moving forward. Keith is now our go-to guy. He is a natural problem solver and not afraid to think outside the box to the benefit of your wallet. He truly cares about his work and his customers. We were so pleased that we are already scheduling him for more work.

Joe Lynch

“Prompt and professional service to replace and complete a drop ceiling in our basement. Keith added us to his schedule quickly, and worked out some tricky angles due to a low hanging pipe. Keith talked us through the project and does high quality work.”

Stephen Bodnar

“Over the last month we have had Keith and his crew redo our deck install a new glass sliding door, remodel a bathroom and repair drywall in a bedroom. They were fast, efficient, great communication and most importantly did the job right the first time.”

Allan Nelson

“John & Keith were most professional and handled every job just perfectly. We will definitely use them again. Jobs included drywall repair, removing wall mounted medicine cabinet, removing large bathroom mirror, hanging new blinds, painting master bath, reinforcing shelves in garage. Thank you for everything.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to hire a contractor to remove mold from my property?

Generally, for large areas or areas that are difficult to access, it is recommended to hire a contractor to perform mold remediation. A proper containment system will be installed, and they will take care to check moisture levels and identify all potential areas where mold growth is occuring or is likely to occur if preventative actions are not taken.

Why is there mold growing in my home?

Mold growth is entirely a natural occurence, but it only grows indoors under the right conditions. Typically, we see the intruduction of water as the leading factor for mold growth.

Is mold dangerous?

Mold can be extremely dangerous for those who are allergic to mold, susceptible to respiratory problems, or with weakened immune systems. Some types of mold are considered more “toxic” that other types of mold, but it truly doesn’t matter what type of mold you have or what color it is – it should not be growing in your home and should be removed.
